Metal Seal V-Notch Pneumatic Control Valve/Pneumatic/Metal Seal
Description:
The V-notch cut in disc can rotate reversely & correspondingly with
metal seal to produce shear force to cut off fibre and prevent the
block. This valve is special suitable for mud and fibrous media and
suspended solids containing minimal media.
The Innovative & improved metal seal valve has the sealed surface
of flange without screw hole to enhance the sealing strength which
can effectively avoid the danger of surface leakage for the metal
sealed valve's flange surface.
pneumatic piston actuator is divided into spring-type and
spring-free type. When the valve is required to be fully opened or
closed under fault it is equipped with spring type (by restoring
tension of spring). When it is required to maintain position under
fault it is equipped with no spring type.It is mainly composed of
cylinder body spring piston piston rod front and rear cylinder head
rack output shaft and other components.
Equipped with electrical regulator and air pressure reducing valve
the regulation operation can be made by 0.4-0.7mpa air source.
The signal of industrial automation control system can be received
by electrical regulator to accurately control the valve opening so
as to achieve the control of flow temperature pressure and other
different process parameters.
(1) The scissors shape section of valve seat and the disc easily
cut off all kinds of impurities in the pipeline effectively ensure
smooth flowing of the pipeline .
(2) Stellite seal ring,for high temperature resistance up to 350ºC
(3) Fixed ball valve stem ball core integration effectively solve
the problem of mechanical return error rotary error ≤0.5%.
(4) Unique long stem body structure effectively increase the
distance between the actuator and high temperature media better
heat dissipation performance.
